A DICE GAME FOR 2 OR 4 PLAYERS

In Nine to Five, two or four players compete by rolling dice to perform a series of soul-crushing office tasks. Get sideswiped by unexpected mandates, infuriate colleagues by stealing their work, and re-energize with cigarette breaks. When the clock strikes five, the employee with the most project points wins!

Although Nine to Five is a dice game, luck isn’t nearly important as your quick-thinking strategy and sharp-as-a-whip concentration skills. To come out on top, you’ll have to gauge the probability of every roll and keep a close eye on what your sneaky colleagues are up to.

Designed for ages 13 and up, Nine to Five takes about 15 minutes to learn and 45 minutes to an hour to play. It’s a game that gets everyone cheering at the perpetual malaise of corporate culture.

    ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Nine to Five was conceived and designed by Chris Zanti, a freelance copywriter and graduate of English Literature and Communication Studies from Concordia University. Chis has been fascinated by puzzles and storytelling from a very young age.

In 2017, Chris made his first attempt at tabletop design with a hard-boiled detective game that was a big hit among his friends. Nine to Five is Chris’s second completed board game and the first project he’s attempting to bring to Kickstarter.

Chris lives in Montreal, Quebec with his very patient girlfriend and a cat named Nocciola. You can reach him at zanti@montrealcopywriting.com.
